Well, Listicket is a terrible website, so you never know. However, to me it looks like you're trying to purchase something that is not available. As if your membership number doesn't allow you to purchase the ticket you're trying to get.

That's one of the generic listicket errors. Could really mean anything afaik. Try for tickets in a different sector.

Only season ticket holders are able to purchase tickets right now. The sale for J1897 members starts March 23rd, 16:00. Might be a good idea to read the "useful information" on Listicket / juventus.com

You can find this info easily enough on the website. During the preemption sale you need 1 membership card for each ticket you want to buy. So essentially, you'll be able to get one for yourself, not for your dad.

Which date are you looking for? Because on match days the stadium tour isn't possible. Just click on acquista & choose whether you want tour + museum or only museum.

As I mentioned earlier: if you're not an Italian resident, you don't need a TDT. Hell, you can't even get one. The entire TDT legislation does NOT include foreigners.

The reason you need to fill in the form this year, is because they're getting rid of the differences between the card for Italian & International members. Starting this season, you should be able to use those new membership cards online (game tickets etc) because of the actual "tessera" number...
