Id say there are 4-5 teams with a decent shot to win CL. Then there're around 20 more who are decent teams, belong at that level and will put up a good fight for CL knockouts and possibly in CL knockouts, but dont have a lot of hope to win it all. Then theres the rest of CL teams in qualifiers...

It depends. Sometimes the step up in quality of teammates also plays a part and a player does even better than at a lower level. F.e.Licht played the best years of his career for Juve.

Tbh McTominay, VDB, Fred, B.Fernandes and Eriksen is a bit short in numbers, but I dont think Id necessarily start Rabiot in that collection. United have a lot more problems upfront.

As I remember it he was really good for a short while under Sarri and mediocre most of the season. Mostly terrible crap under Pirlo, a real net negative. Mixed bag under Allegri, surely an improvement on Pirlos season, but not remotely close to 7m mid. Cant wait to get rid.
