We’re back to the individual brilliance argument every time we get a good result. :lol2:
Yeah, that's wrong of course. The majority of our wins this year were due to team work, just like the majority of our bad results were due to a horrible or bad team performance (including the manager both in the team wins, and team defeats).
But what happened yesterday was the most typical example of individual brilliance you can find in Juve after Ronaldo eliminated Atletico Madrid. Heck, even back then I remember Bernardeschi doing something great. Yesterday it was all Di Maria.

His initial signing was a no brainer and it's a no brainer to extend him. One more year for a player who is showing no signs of decline for a team in our position is a no brainer.

Even if he falls apart next year, there should be no regrets if the extension is only 1 more season.

Allegri definitely gave Putin instructions to invade Ukraine.... Fact.

Imagine still defending Allegri.
Sure. Imagine winning 3-0 with a good display and instead of enjoying the win and going to the next round, you are trying to take away any joy from it. 10 men Nantes, 10th place team, Allegri, etc...

Thank god we have this guy playing like this.

He's all over the pitch. Paredes was supposed to be our regista but instead it's Di Maria dropping back to get the ball and start moves that he then finishes. It's like he's playing 5 a side on a full size pitch

Allegri has took away all joy from football. I am traumatized by his football. Di Maria is a joy to watch but it will take alot more than a 3-0 over 10 man Nantes to recover from post Allegri trauma.
You know even during the infamous Barca 3-0 win I was watching it with a 'Barca Fan' and she was telling me to relax, we were winning 2-0, and I couldn't.

I genuinely think we are permanently scarred from following Juventus.

The renewal of Angel #DiMaria would be doubly beneficial for #Juventus not only from a technical point of view but from a purely economical as well: with the second year the Growth Decree will be triggered. El Fideo has several proposals and will decide his future in the next weeks. #calciomercato

His performance the other day reminded me of Ronaldo vs AM. His three goals were almost identical. 1 open play goal, 1 goal on a PK and another goal (both headers) that had to go to goal line technology.

Ángel #DiMaría would have confessed to his teammates that he wouldn't mind possibly staying another year in Turin. And the recent performances could convince the management to start working on the renewal.

What was the deal we settled on? I remember something like if he signed for two years, he'd be in a different tax bracket or some shit like that and it'd be cheaper for us? And we were pushing for two for that reason but in the end he signed for one?

Yes he signed for one year, contract till this summer. And now we want to renew to take advantage of the tax decree.
