Needs to increase his output (g/a) before taking to the next level (Serie B/A). I think he just needs time to adjust with his new environment and teammate in order to unleash his potential.

He’s probably ready now. He’s developed a lot physically. Was the best player for Germany u19 against Spain last week. Could’ve easily had a couple assists if his teammates finished the chances he created. He was primarily a winger at Bayern but has been used as a CAM at Juve. That’s probably his best position.

I like the Bayern youth raid. Bayern are definitely a team that know what they are doing.
Their failures are actually destined to be stars just not at an already very strong team.

Is Adin Licina ready for the first team? Absolutely. In fact, he doesn't even need to be good at football. At this point, the only requirement to start in our midfield is having a measurable heartbeat and basic neurological activity.
We can definitely integrate him into the team with the odd games this season that’s for sure. And I’m sure he’s totally expecting this too.

Since we are not playing for trophies this year we can try to get younger players ready earlier on.

This is such a good summary of Italian football.

Rather than give first-team minutes to a good promising 19 year old, the club are considering sending him to Serie B, as that could be "the best possible solution for his development".
Well, I'd say it depends on Nico too... For now we have 3 first team players in his position...

Or Zhegrova even more, because he is right sided - Nico plays on the left mainly.
No one buys Zhegrova now with 0G0A season though.
Both. There's no way we're keeping 3 guys for one spot. Zhegrova can easily be loaned out. Nico should only leave on a definitive basis after a good WC and already having been loaned out.

A loan will do him good, even better that it’s not in a Serie A relegation battling team where he’d have more pressure and they’d be less inclined to start him regularly when it’s just a dry loan.

Good luck, Serie B is probably the best step for him atm.
