did he ackchyually say this or are you taking the piss
He’s defended sales of costa and soule and Bunsen and defended Kelly, Gonzalez, Koop, di Gregorio, partici, motta.

He never criticizes management in charge. Only if they are gone then he comes up with timid responses to agree with criticism

What do you think lol. Lion can't even keep up with his trolling. But he got you to react so job done. I've replied to you as you're a decent poster.

As I've said before, I can understand why the board go down this route of essentially using the NG/youth system to balance the books, but it seems like we make poor choices of who to sell or keep. Players are obviously being undersold, but that's only a small part of it. Whether Mbangula goes for 10m or 15m, or Huijsen for 20m or 25m is not really an issue. Some people think everyone should be sold for 30m or 40m+ because they have potential. The club on the other hand seems willing to not negotiate on potential because they are happy with how these sales look good on the books.

The ultimate issue is then using these funds to pay high end transfer fees for players who are mostly flopping. We'll continually be stuck in this cycle while we operate this poorly. If we were buying champions with the proceeds then it'd only be a small issue. Koop and DL and Nico are all good players in their own right as they have proven/will prove, but they look like clowns for us. That's poor team building, starting with the coaching.

I don't really agree with the game-by-game analysis of who is a superstar if only they stayed here. Alberto Costa is an example of a guy who looked like a useful player. Mbangula did well in his short appearances. But was I concerned about how their sales affected the first team? Nah. Just go in their threads. Both get shit on from game to game, superstar next game with a good performance. This is stupidity but common in modern football. I'm more willing than most to give players a chance. Some here are desperate to shit on everyone by the first performance so don't like me tempering. Then pat themselves on the back later on when the player flops. OK, well done. We can all do that.

What I think it boils down to is the question of whether we don't sign all the expensive flops and then keep the NG kids and build the squad from them. That might be a better solution but you do need some experienced players, we already struggle as this team doesn't know how to manage games. The other thing is that it's one thing having Mbangula playing 3500 mins in the Bundesliga or Costa starting every game for Porto, but will they develop the same way playing 1500 mins for Juve, especially this current Juve? I don't think development is inevitable and never have, some players need to break out somewhere first. History is littered with unfulfilled potential. We used to loan young players, now we sell them all to balance the books. It's a feather in the club's cap that the NG system has been so successful, and inevitably if the club is developing lots of young players there won't be space for many of them and there will be regrets. But we seem to keep so few.

It's nothing new though is it, when things aren't going well everything is under a microscope. This forum and others are always busier when people are unhappy and arguing.

My guy here is coping so hard with his defending of management he wrote a war and peace novel length post.

Once again we let go a loser and their pumpkin turns into a golden carriage.

If nothing else this should give us reason to increase our asking price when selling.

I'm not that bothered about selling him.

But the price we sold him for and the fact that we brought in a player that doesn't look good enough and 2 coaches don't seem to rate is really poor. Another in a long list of examples of the past few years of terrible work on the transfer market.

Don’t worry, the models and the data were still in the process of being trained. The Joao Mario deal was just a test and it shows how well the model responded to the current state of the club. Once the window is opened our models will deliver world class talents that even PSG would dream of. Continuous improvement at JJ.

so far he's become the starting spot ahead of martim fernandes and is looking solid

of course one of the few signings that giuntoli made that looked competent was shipped off in 6 months lmao
I was never a huge fan. But one thing I do know is exchanging him for Joao Mario is probably one of the dumbest transfers I've ever seen. Just completely braindead, moronic, retarded, and certainly sackable. Shows a complete misunderstanding of the game by the data dipshits.
