This is normal behavior with the club's Conte has been at, which is why he will never last more than 3 seasons at any one club.

There's only so much screaming and shouting at players will take, before long they will turn.

fuck that shit, he had his chance(s) he burnt his bridge for the last time last summer, just as well really, he would never have lasted long before he moans about transfers and/or the players turn on him.
