This is what happens when there's nobody to hold the owners (Elkann) accountable for doing less than the bare minimum.
At other clubs, there are elections, fan ownership, or the fans will protest until you leave. At Jj there's none of that. Plus the league is so uncompetitive the consequences of being mediocre are hardly felt

So far we only got some 19yo boys for next gen, ok.
The important thing is that we have sold none of the deadwood.
Transfers always delay at Mundial summers. The capital is still there.
But we see little interest for DiGrigorio, Gatti, Cambiaso, Miretti and Openda.
All the deadwood remains, Douglas Luis and Arthur are also back and even if we loan them, we will pay 60% of their salary anyways.
Again we have like 11CMs and our primary targets are still CMs
Our best bets for sales are Bremer and Thuram, maybe Kalulu too, those are starters rumored to be replaced with squad players and giving their pace to the Italian core of Gatti, Miretti and Rugani.
Ekhator replacing Vlahovic will complete our Italian wining DNA and give us a full pedegree of Italians , who will give the heart out for Juve, will play for free, unlike those mercenary stranieri, lead Juve and Italian NT back to former glory, or not...

Otherwise i’d say #8 - Sell or be sold is the one that our management and players live by the most.
