Her biggest advantage is being John's sister obviously. It's also a good sign for the club that the relation between Juve and the family remains strong.

Not sure why you guys are so surprised/pissed with her potential appointment. Having Massara, Carnevali, Ottolini and Chiellini is enough for the operational sphere. JE wants to have his representative in the club as he doesn't have time for it and appointing his sister doesn't seem odd to me. Her being an Agnelli means she knows much more about the club than an ordinary supporter.

She has absolutely no clue about football, or how to run a football club. Just a name alone means nothing, better off putting the family pet in charge.

Like I said before, this just has Rosella Sensi vibes written all over it, she didn't exactly fare too well... but because she was the daughter of Franco Sensi, they thought she was qualified.

Jees this club is so lost it has no clue.

She isn't supposed to run the club, that's what we have the management for.

Neither Grande Stevens nor Vittorio Chiusano were football executives.

President overlooks the whole operation, sets the vision for the club.

If a president wasn't so important in their role then why bother having one?
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have someone like ADP as a president. However, at Juventus, it's normal that the president is just a representative of the head of the family. Sometimes it's someone more influential like Andrea Agnelli, Edoardo Agnelli (Gianni's father) or Boniperti but it's also normal for the family associate to occupy the position. No need to make a big fuss about it.

Just as there are no confirmations about #DelPiero as the new president of #Juventus, there are none for Ginevra #Elkann either. In the background, there's always Andrea #Agnelli, who sooner or later will return, perhaps even going against the advice of some other family member.

both were lawyers, and served as the extensions of l'avvocato. now there's only johnny boy behind juventus, and he's clearly not enough

that's why i'd love platini to return. he's a legend of the club and a proven leader. the renaissance should start from the top and it won't happen with another john elkann puppet taking over the presidency

you're right, the president themselves shouldn't count. i'd just love to see _something that points at the right direction.

Yes, they were lawyers but I can assure you Juventus wasn't a priority in their cooperation with Agnelli. Ferrero has also worked closely with l'Avvocato so he's not some random figure by any means.

Here's what I think, they'll hand the presidency to some spineless fool who doesn't speak much alla Ferrero rather than someone influential, someone with aura alla Del Piero or Andrea Agnelli. Elkunt will want basically someone that won't interfere with the existing management, much like the time we had the OG Triade.
