Did i forget anyone? How many of the newcomers are important upgrades or reinforcements? For me they all look at least as good as the players they are replacing. Not great, but good. It feels like completing the incomplete roster from last year.

GKs (3): Vicario, Perin, Pinsoglio, (hopefully a good Next Gen prospect to add?)
DEFs (8): Celik, Kalulu, Bremer, Lucumi, Gatti, Kelly, Cambiaso, Raum (I expect Cabal and Rugani to leave)
MIDs (6): Locatelli, Thuram, McKennie, Luiz, Kessie, Miretti. (I expect Koop to be loaned or sold and Miretti to stay. Arthur to go as well of course)
FWDs: (8) Conceicao, Zhegrova, Boga, Yildiz, Alajbegovic, Muani, David, Ekhator. (I don't see us doing a deal with David exiting and getting anyone else - Not sure what happens with Milik either)
Squad of 27 - which is a lot for just the Europa league. That squad is built for a 4231 because there are lot of forwards in that squad. Given what I know about Spaletti, I wouldn't be surprised that he doesn't care much for Zhegrova and David - so maybe he doesn't mind seeing both leave to bring in a big physical striker. But that looks tough to do in reality based on the current mercato.
