Here again to say that away goals should definitely still be a thing.

Taken away an element which makes European ties unique and more dramatic.

Yes, I’m salty and I think the way we manhandled them for 90 with ten men in our backyard without conceeding should have counted for something.

I've only just emotionally recovered from this match. I genuinely had to take a few days away from this place just to calm down.

Lads, it was fucking Galatasaray. Not Madrid, not Bayern, not Atletico. We just got dumped out by a side that showed zero desire to actually play football in that second leg. Yes, we went down to 10, and Kelly's red was an absolute scandal, fuck UEFA as per usual. But Gala played maybe 45 minutes of decent football across 180 minutes and that was enough to bin us.

I'd feel some pride if we'd gone down swinging against a giant, but this is just pure anger. Another season of mediocrity. Another CL exit against a shit side. Until we clear out the deadwood I have just accepted it. We are a mediocre squad and the Europa League is our actual level.

Also, the fact that we signed Openda and Jonathan David and still didn't have a proper striker available for this match is a sackable offense. Look at the difference Osimhen made. Total incompetence.

Thank you. I thought I was the only one completely underwhelmed by the last ditch attempt that all these stupid JJ fans applauded like it was some sort of amazing feat. It wasn’t. Gala only started playing when they had to in the second leg, just like us. At the end of the day, we are a shameful club and I find the applause at the end of this match to be particularly moronic and pathetic. It actually does nothing but stroke the ego of this idiotic management more than anything else. Absolutely shameful.

But hey, 7th place is perhaps where we finish this season, so we can have standing ovations for when we lose to Maribor next season.

I was shocked to see so many of our fans applauding the players effort.

Maximum effort is the bare minimum that should be expected from professional players who are earning millions each year to play football... especially for a club as big and prestigious as Juventus.

And especially in a CL knock out game in front of our home fans.

We we're knocked out by a shit team who played terrible as half their players didn't even give a fuck. They were awful and very wasteful. Any other team would have destroyed us.

The bar has been set too low by this club and fans, what the fuck ever happened to winning is the only thing that matters?

As a second leg, then yes it was a fantastic effort. However, I do agree, the players are the ones who put themselves in that position.

We havent been Juve we've known for a long time. We are 6th in the league, getting knocked out by teams at the same level as Gala for a while now. This time though, we put up a better fight than we have done in a while. Against PSV, Villareal and others, we were much worse across the two legs fully desrrved to get knocked out. Difference is, this time id say the opposite.

Result wise, you guys are right, nothing new.. so where are the expectations. Do you cling onto what we were, or where we are? If you cling onto the former then its only ever going to lead to being bitter and misreble. While like they say, its the hope that kills you, i dont think we have anything else and I hope we will return to being a big team, while im with you i see no signs, and it does feel like a delusion, but as supporters we have nothing else.
