Yes, but still infinitely more likable than Bastoni, Lautaro or Barella. This current crop of Inter players is at a whole different level.

I miss it all - from the design zeitgeist that comes through in the jerseys, boots and even the sponsor logos, to the players, the style of play, the excitement and even the light and camera quality. Glad to have witnessed the peak of the greatest sport ever

(too late to be talked about in this thread really, but on the subject of iconic)

Both the Uruguayan goals in this game. First is incredible in the connection of Suarez and Cavani. That cross comes in SO fast and Cavani's run is perfect. Second goal is magical. I remember watching this with loads of friends and when the final whistle went, one of my friends jumped in the swimming pool shouting URGUAY NOMÁ!! great times. Without Cavani's injury imo Uruguay win that tournament.

Definitely one of the memorable 90s boots, the Fuoriclasse. Also Puma King, Nike Tiempo, Umbro Speciali, Mizuno Morelia. My favourites were obviously the Baggio Diadora boots, even if they weren't the best.

Predators came along, then boots started turning all different colours. R9 Mercurial are the ones I recall being very bright and all the kids wanting them, but also red and white Predators, T90s, etc.
