Lolz. Looks like an AA meeting in here. All having some side effects from drug withdrawal.

We have new guys in Modesto and Chiellini, CEO Comolli about 8 weeks (?) into his role and a yet to be appointed sporting director. For now, not much has changed but the pace of writing people off in here is quite admirable. Verstappen approves.
You are right, but for me if you are rebuilding then you bring people with proven record in their respective fields. None of the current management has been a success wherever he was, not even Chiellini. The main problem is in my eyes Elkann first and foremost.

Guys stop panicking and let me give you some hope . do you remember marotta also made terrible signings first season at juve, but then next season turned it around and signed world class players?

well that’s not what’s going to happen here lol
For a moment I thought you were asking us to just trust the process.

Looks like you are the only one defending management it is the same story for the past 6 years.

Ottolini is waiting for a definitive signal that has not yet arrived and has become frustated with Comolli’s real intentions. The latter is now carefully evaluating a new name: James Gow, currently a free agent after his last spell with Aalborg between 2023 and 2025. The Englishman has rapidly climbed the club’s and the CEO’s list of preferred candidates.

[Tuttosport]
Cuntmolli literally has no fucking clue has he. Who the fuck is James Gow... I mean seriously, some guy from Aalborg, yeah sounds like he's got credentials to work at a big club. Fucking fire this fraud CEO already! and fuck off Elkunt too.

How is it I was able to see that a horrific appointment Cuntmolli would be before the club even hired him, let alone make him CEO.

We really are stuck in the dark ages, the club needs a fucking overhaul from the top. Changing managers every 6 months won't solve anything no matter your opinions on the manager himself.

I want some God damn accountability at the club already, and Elkunt is just cowering away.

Trust has to be earned. But this constant change is helping no one.

Are there better and more proven directors out there? Well, I think that is quite obvious.

Elkann has too many things on his plate to be at Juventus daily. That's the difference with Agnelli. And it's a shame bringing back the latter would cost us our safety within the UEFA again because else I'd say get it done by tonight.

We need Andrea back or at the very least someone with ambition and a fuck everyone else attitude.
ambition is important but it's competence that is lacking. a competent sports director could easily make this team much better within one single summer mercato

then again, if we're eyeing nobodies with zero experience in italy then we're fucked on the long run. ffs who's even this guy

If data analysis is the most important trait, why aren’t they going after the top rated football manager players?

even goofy osman would do a good job then

Why don't we ask Robee instead. Looks like he has all the answers and he seems to consistently back these losers despite evidence that the guys we hired recently have an abysmal track record including the CEO.

And then we sit and wonder why hiring all these incompetent losers are not yielding results.
