Don't see anything getting better. Another year we're not sure who will do our mercato or who will coach us.

    Thank you Johnny boy!

So is he still in charge of the transfers and does that mean no Tognozzi?

I think he will remain just as involved in everything only that he might give Spalletti more of a say on the market too, but from more of a say to actually fulfilling his requests is going to be a very long way, quite a bumpy one even.

A coach deserves a say in the transfer market everywhere. If he's not given one, it's that you don't trust him and then he shouldn't be your coach to begin with.

We only helped one coach from start to finish and it was Motta but then the environment between Giunto + Motta and the rest was too toxic to work in...

All these nobodies with big ego's. Jezus fucking christ.

It's also the Comolli criticism I hear the most; he micro manages everything and can't let anything go. That's not a CEO's job... Oversee and sign the papers but don't interfere with anything. We need a fucking DS for these things... And if Ottolini is too busy rebuilding the scouting department, get someone else.

As a matter of fact that’s largely a spot on analysis which i can fully get behind… if we are poised to continue in this same formula might as well make sure we do it right this time.

Now not sure if maybe i haven’t woken up yet and still dreaming or what’s going on because i’m finding myself in agreement with most of your posts that i’ve interacted with today
