The best Dusan. Love his playing style when he is in form. Better than Kolo, David or Openda for sure.
agreed

but where was that vlahovic for the majority of his juventus stay? he's like rabiot: it's contract year so suddenly he starts to perform. not a fan of this approach by a player, whether it's intentional or not

i'd prefer a less talented player who'd perform more consistently. i mean kolo muani for juve: 10g3a in 1653 minutes, that's a goal in every 163 minutes, a goal or assist in 127 minutes, while vlahovic for juve: 49g8a in 10.584 minutes, one goal per 216 minutes, a goal or assist in every 185 minutes. smaller sample size, but you get the point

Could it be that we finally are starting to play vertically and look for him more and more?
Beside the fact, that we have a coach that sees him as his first choice?

maybe, but he missed plenty of huge chances under allegri, motta and tudor too, and he was a first choice under allegri for years. and for a good portion of his jj tenure he looked like a player lacking the absolute basics like handling a ball, raising his head and looking around, or winning physical duels against much smaller players. we can't always keep blaming coaches, especially when it's about a key player. we kicked dybala out because of him, and gave him these now insane progressive wages which he didn't deserve so far. just like rabiot, he was a typical banter era jj player for far too long

but if spalletti makes him the 30 goal striker he was supposed to become, and the team starts winning trophies, then by all means, keep them both and give them wages accordingly. i still belive that he has potential and he's a very talented striker

I agree with all what you said. But I feel he improved a bit most of his weaknesses as well as his mentality since the renewal with jj fell through. So maybe, just maybe something ticked and he's changing. Anyways we have the rest of the season (hopefully) to judge him on a bigger sample of matches.

Good, let him go. 3 years and he finally starts playing like he's gives a shit...

No coincidence that it's when he needs to attract new suiters or earn a new contract.

Fuck him
I also think him leaving won't be much of a loss when compared to extending. He'll still demand a very big salary and with a big signing bonus, we might as well just sign someone else.
If he really really wants to be here, fine for sure. If we don't get that sense, we better let him go...
