It isn't. But one that isn't tracking back if definitely a very very bad trait, especially when you have a mediocre squad and need to move heaven and earth to score a freaking goal or not swallow one...

If you're bloated with talent as a team, you can get away with it and maybe even use it in your advantage when your clinical upfront and sturdy at the back.
The problem remains the same: we talk about players that dont contribute nothing right now. He had no influence in these last 3 losses we had, still there a more comments on Zhegrova than the starter Chico. I have no problem searching the problem in Zhegrova or the other failed transfers, but in real he had no impact at all. Its just easy to point on him when things go bad, but it doesnt change the fact that actually he has 0 fault momentally. Who knows, maybe when he would start against Como we would win? Who knows? Fact is, he didnt start, he didnt got a minute we lost. Vs. Inter same, Vs. Galatasaray same. We conceded 15 goals the last 5 games: Zhegrova who in your view doesnt track back and is lazy played how many minutes?? Ah but Cabal who is a rugby player played, ah Loca played who fights, ah Conceicao played who atleasat RUNs.... You understand my point?
Perin same, 0 fault, why point on him.
Douglas Luiz same, he had nearly 0 impact in our season when you compare his minutes to the other midfielders

Its always the same: Bad Results, lets go search the guys who we can point easily our finger, but we miss the real problems, this already since 5 years and how i see things going still some years to come.

We lack professionalism in this club, we lack the competiton inside, we lack the hunger to win. We go make Photos, Reels, Videos of the training where all are laughing, all are happy. If i would be the coach, i would put them into a Hotel for 1 week and let them suffer 1 week hardcore training after these results. But no, why should these millionairs suffer, earn good money and who the fck cares from them if they succeed or not. WE LACK AMBITION!!!

Hey, you're right; we shouldn't point at Zhegrova for those losses. But there's a reason he's not getting any minutes and it's not him performing well this season... It's his thread and he failed this season to the point his juve career is all but over after basically little over half a season...

The reason we dont know, i agree with you here completely, maybe he is the biggest negative guy we can imagine, but maybe he can also be a smart guy putting a lot of effort, we dont know. I just know that these last years many ppl came here, who were really good players, and instantly became worse here or even didnt play. I mentioned in some other threads some examples, where imo we completely failed with our transfer policy, and it happened so often, that i dont believe anymore in the fault of the transfered players, but more to our managment and to our coaches until now.
Still the best example is Douglas Luiz - which Emery trust, and Emery isnt a coach who puts you in starting 11 just so.

Overall its a shame where we stand as a club now, hopefully Chiellini has more influence and can change a lot here.
