Think this is also the first time since 2010 that we start a group stage/league phase of the Europa League, our other few more recent runs in EL were all in the KO’s phase after dropping down from the UCL groups.

It’s going to be a bumpy ride for sure, at this stage all that some of us hope for as a consolation is that Juve gets assigned to play against some of our random local teams so that we get a chance to see them live here.
Oh I'd be good money there is no chance we make the final. Just making the semifinal would be overachieving in my eyes. That how little I think of this club right now.
To be fair, we wouldn't beat any of the pot 1 teams in the knockouts, and probably half of the pot 2 teams. I also see two or three sides in Pot 3 that would give us problems.
This tournament is exactly where we should be. But Leverkusen or Benfica will take it all.

That alone would already be an achievement from this bunch, though i still see it rather doable easily… tbh what i’m most curious about is if we have it in us to finish in the Top 8 from the league/group phase at least, because if not it means we’d have dropped points left and right already.
