Seems like this season that just ended they had the exact same number of 9 teams in european comps while for many seasons now they’ve also been having between 7 to 8 teams every year.

I agree its huge bs overall but truth is 9th placed PL teams has 3x bigger budget and stronger squad than some of the 4th placed in Italy, France etc.

Yup, that much it’s always been obvious, more so when considering that the whole Super League was primarily designed to give big teams from other top leagues the chance to enhance their revenues and prize money in order to be able to get closer in competing with the Premier League financially.
