After analyzing our fixture list more carefully i’d say the minimum expectations would be something like this:

1 point vs Real Sociedad
1 point vs Celta Vigo
1 point vs AZ Alkmaar
1 point vs Rennes
3 points vs Ferencvaros
3 points vs NEC
3 points vs Omonia
1 point vs Be’er Sheva

In this scenario we’d have exactly 14 points which last season was not enough to finish into Top 8(minimum 16p required) however it will be more than enough to easily get into the playoffs because for example teams that finished between 22nd and 24th spots last year did it with only 9-10points respectively so i think overall we stand a very solid chance of not bottling it.

Obviously it’s just as likely there might be a loss in between or even another win if we’re lucky so it remains to be seen if we can push for more than just securing qualification to the playoffs comfortably.
