In my opinion we are letting him go for way too cheap, getting his wages off the books is one thing, not losing him for free next year is also a thing, ofc all this due to the fact he has been a prick demanding absurd wages which is another thing, but then you consider that until a few months ago Chiesa was still considered our best player or at least consistently among the top performers even when not in great form, not to mention being the most popular/marketable one, and now we are nonchalantly losing him for an absolute bargain price for any serious Premier League club, think we could have played our cards much better on this one but we’ve shown ourselves rather desperate to force him out and he has been very picky about where he’d be willing to go, therefore consistently limiting and lowering the offers we’ve been receiving, otherwise can say that luckily we at least seem to have decent replacements already secured, albeit not cheap ones either.

Of course he’s worth more than €15m in normal circumstances.

But at least he ain’t going for free. This isn’t as bad as the Dybala situation for me, losing him for free and to a rival Italian club. Also, we have much more cover in his position now.

At the end of the day, he and his agent got greedy and left us in this shitty scenario. We should be grateful we get something for him and that he doesn’t sit in the stands with us paying him for nothing before inevitably joining Inter.

Frankly, I couldn’t care less what he or the others that leave us do. Not that I think he’ll set the league on fire at Liverpool. He’s not the same player he was pre-ACL injury and that’s pretty clear now.

I often feel like Americans pronounce a long 'o' (oʊ) as a kind of catch-all for anything latin. Car-lohs. Riz-oh-toh. Like a 10/10 for effort at least to sound authentic.
americans can be silly, but it's a bit funny to lecture anyone on this when your people who pronounce bottle of water as bo'ol of wa'ah

Letting him go just shows how much we needed those 13mill he brought. Certanly better than pay rise or letting him go for free next summer. He was the victim of allegri, like any other was, but he chooses to go. He will regrett this at one point in his life, maybe even sooner than expected. Be happy with money as a bench player.

Will literally be remembered for that 1 great season under Pirlo and the Euros success.

He wasn't mature, asking for raise of salary while he missed 80 games. Liverpool fans complaining about their new signing through social media.

Liverpool fans complaining? Nothing new there, been playing the victim since their very existence.
