- Son, do you know what defines a die-hard Juventus fan?
- To have supported them for your whole life?
- Nope.
- To have invested genuine and strong emotional highs and lows for them?
- Nope.
- To have deep knowledge of the club's players, management, history, games, titles, details and everything?
- Nope.
- Then, what it is Dad?
- To have watched a friendly intermitted by hydration breaks one day before the WC final in which a bald Italian coach fielded DiGre, Cabal, Roughi, Gatti, Rugani, J Mario, Luiz, Miretti, Arthur, Locatelli, Zhegrova, Adzic, Jeff, Openda and Milik.

"...", he said from behind the visitor glass in the asylum.

This is the worst Juventus of all time.
It's the least invested I've ever been. Even post-Calciopoli, we had some world class players, and players I felt a connection to and truly loved as a fan.

I have zero connection to pretty much all of these players -- not to mention most of them suck and shouldn't be playing here.

It's hard to imagine things getting better any time soon. There is zero hope on the horizon and it's just tough to have any kind of excitement or optimism right now.
