Where do you want to go?

Is it a management degree? Then you have to look at the various business schools..
Bsc in IT Engineer
Msc in IT Management
the courses i took as Msc student included:
IT security management
Management of information resources
Human resources management
Data mining and data storage
Database management systems
Storage technologies
Gates and Ports in the network
Strategic management of information systems
Application of information technology in organization and management
Content System Management
Think of it as a cross between a general degree in information technology and a degree in management / leadership

Do you have any info about these universities? Michigan and Georgia tech. I also glanced at the courses which two universities offered, and These align pretty well with most of our university courses in MIS and ITM.

I have master degree in IT Management and want pursue my educational and study abroad. as i located outside of the US, do i have chance to get acceptance from those universities?

Both good schools. MSU is a public school. GT is private iirc. Most universities have requirements to have international students in their programs so they are viable options for you. I would check the UC system. Well over 200 state schools to choose from.

I'm not sure if it will lead to the goal, but it's worth a try and sending a cover letter to the professor for PhD admission. As matter of fact I don't have any scientific article and any publication in Journals instead I have work experience related to the field of study. Beside, I don't have international language degree IELTS/TOFEL to prove my language skill/proficiency.

I’d like to ask a question. It might not be related to your field of study, I just want to know your opinion. This is the curriculum of a master’s program in a university. In your opinion, what field could it be, and which department might it belong to?

The field is Management Information Systems (MIS) — sometimes also called Information Systems Management or IT Management depending on the university. I did this as a minor in undergrad.

The department it would most likely sit under is either:
- A College of Business / School of Business Administration

Yeah, this looks like Business Information Systems to me.

Are you considering this degree or studying a similar curriculum @Siamak ?

No, not really. I’ve already got my master’s degree, those were the courses I took during my master’s. I’m curious about is how this field is structured in other countries. In many universities, especially in Western countries, the curriculum, department, and even the name of the program can vary. I’d like to know how programs with similar courses are usually classified or organized there.

If you don’t mind me asking, what did you study at university? I’m asking because you work in IT, and I’m interested in knowing what your major was.
