Good that he got his goal. He should have scored in the round against Sporting as well. Seems to perform better in Europe for us.
more open cl football favors attackers. vlahovic has great numbers in the cl, 3g1a in less than 200 minutes. same g+a in ~650 minutes in the league...

post pirlo/pjanic jj struggles against parked buses. more news at 11

Dreadful.

I don't know who thought it was a good idea for him to be the one to keep the ball in the corner with that later free-kick. We might as well have passed it straight to their keeper. Wasted so many counters too.

If he is going to play he needs someone next to him. His instinct when he gets the ball is to get rid of it straight away, so would be better if there was someone close rather than him passing 10/15 yards backwards.

His head is down all the time, doesn’t ever look at the goal, seems scared to dribble the ball, passes it to other players in traffic. This Canuck is retarded.

Better from him today.

Unlucky twice not to have a goal. Showed good awareness not to go for the first pass in the move for the own goal. Still needs to do more and be a greater threat but much improved.

okay, explain this like i'm 5

Look at the distance between the two Udine players (the one wide and the one in the middle) from the dark line in front of them. I think the one in the middle is further away, even though from this frame it can be confusing.
Then it's between that guy in the middle and David, and David was offside by some 10cm from what they showed.

is it though. because that's the player var used, but it looks like the other one is closer to the baseline

probably still offside by a hair, but yet another var blunder anyway

It's the Milik-ruled-out-goal episode 2. Stupid serie ass VAR again tracked the wrong defender and it was probably not an offisde. We are robbed again.
