Its one thing Allegri was great at. Pretty much every season he gave debutes and trust to young players, no matter the point in the season.
Everyone remembers the remarks about Yildiz or Miretti hair styles, and joked about a boomer that doesn't understand kids. But we kinda took for granted how fair he was to you giving chances to young players.
Most of other recent coaches came from outside and were kinda desperate for immediate results and blooding in their own signings, so its easier for them to miss the youth sector (granted we seemed to sold everyone good more or less).

Faticanti made his debut with the national team. I think hes the first player from serie C to do so.
Should be promoted to the first team next season. Im not as high on him as some other players with next gen but technically hes good enough to play in serie A and can be a squad player for Juve, especially if money is tight.
Its interesting note for sure, but I wouldn't give much credence to this NT debute. Its a very unorthodox one. Basically Baldini decided to play Donnarumma plus U-21 NT players. Majority are from serie B basically (or random teams around Europe). But its rare indeed to see someone from Serie C.
But its not your typical by merit NT call up. He called up young talents even if they not playing in their clubs. Its a jolt to your system type of experiment he did with Azzurri.
I doubt Mancini will continue in this experimental vein.
