I thought the "flames" looked pixelated because of the image quality... then I looked up a higher-quality photo of the shirt and realized the flames are pixelated on purpose.

I'm not sure if there's a procedure or specific clause for terminating a sponsor contract due to poor design. but fans can definitely voice their complaints and if they're loud enough, it might force a redesign. I've seen examples, through my own research.
