Ok, so we have 28 players...
Yildiz, Alajbegović and Ekhator dont count cuase they are under 22, lie you said...
So 28 - 3 under 22... 25 players...
If the roster limit is 25 player then we should be complete and dont have to leave no one out rigth?
or maybe I got it wrong?

Well, I’ve been trying to understand why we have to "cut" two players from the Serie A squad list, and I think the reason is as follows:
Each team has a 25-player registration limit; however, within those 25 players:
At least 4 must be club-trained players (homegrown at the club)
At least 4 must be Italy-trained players (spent at least 3 seasons between the ages of 15 and 21 at any Italian club)
17 Open Slots
Under-22 players do not count towards the 25-player limit
Juventus's current situation is that we have a squad of 28 players:
Free/Open Slots (19 players): Zeki Çelik, Kamil Grabara, Gleison Bremer, Jhon Lucumí, Pierre Kalulu, Juan Cabal, Lloyd Kelly, Douglas Luiz, Teun Koopmeiners, Weston McKennie, Pape Matar Sarr, Jeremie Boga, Randal Kolo Muani, Jonathan David, Nicolás González, Francisco Conceição, Edon Zhegrova, Arkadiusz Milik, Nic Woltmade
This exceeds the category max of 17
Under 22 players: Yilidiz, Ekhator, Alajbegović (These 3 dont count on the final list)
Italy-Trained Pool (5 players): Guglielmo Vicario, Manuel Locatelli, Federico Gatti, Andrea Cambiaso, Daniele Rugani.
Club-Trained Pool (1 player): Carlo Pinsoglio.
Total Senior Players On the Books: 24 players
Adjusted Serie A Senior Limit: 22 slots
So... thats why Juventus must actively exclude 2 senior players from their official Serie A registration list

The surplus players are probably only Rugani, Milik, Ekhator and maybe Zhegrova since Nico is staying. This players, besiedes Ekhator probably, can still find suitors.
The squad size is related to two big injuries we have - Yildiz and Thuram out for 3-4 months, which basically means they are not in the squad for the first phase.
You can see him smiling when he does it, but not so Sarr can see it. I've seen him do this many times. Some weird boss attempt at psychology. In the next breath he'll joke, but deliberate attempts to see the reaction.
Reminds me of old fashioned clown 'alpha' psychology like when Trump (and others) think squeezing someone's hand during a formal handshake is the same as giving them a firm handshake, but it's really small man behaviour.
