Genuinely happy for him and his performance last night. Well-deserved, and bounce back (ok it's only Genoa), after months of criticism and eventually being demoted in the pecking order.

Even when our players are trash, always want them to bounce back. Why not?

benching players does good after bad perfomances. He had to deliver and he had the chance with that penalty and that following shot afterwards. Its another motivation if you are in those situations where you need to deliver otherwise you sit again on the bench.

Sadly, many of our other players still play and played even after horrible perfomances, so they find themselves in SAFE ZONE where even a bad perfomance guarantees you a starting position. These kind of mentality brings each company/ team/ institution to weaken and to loose.

I can mention here a lot of players that have and had to be benched on many occasions for atleast some games but didnt.

Competitivness is key for a professional club.

Start with it Spalletti.

Perhaps he is best of use to us as an impact sub, makes him more eager to prove himself, therefore i suggest we just start with any of Perin and Pinsoglio to then sub in DiGregorio at halftime every time, might actually work lol

Save that alisson bullshit, unless they find a young keeper that can hold the fort down for the next decade roll with Di Gregorio. They got bigger problems. He was arguably the best keeper in the league last season and had a down period, but so what he came out the other side of it.
