I wouldn't call it bad luck. It's happened too many times for it to be bad luck.
Call it incompetence then. But you have to agree you need a bit of luck when you’re signing somewhat unknown/rejects for next to nothing and they turn out world class. Pirlo, Vidal, Barzagli are good examples.

It absolutely sucks to see Juventus in this state for the last what 5, 6 seasons now? I miss the joy in watching this team play well.

What makes you think Fiorentina are that stupid? Gregory is damaged goods, Serie B level keeper at best.
Maybe pay them a small fee too, might as well throw Rugani in as part of the deal, then for all we know i wouldn’t put it past De Gea to rescind his contract or force a move so that he can join us.

But ultimately you’re probably right, it’s not going to be easy to ship him off nor do i see us doing the sensible thing of poaching someone like De Gea on the cheap as an experienced stopgap solution for now.

I don't even think they would want any deal involving Rugani. It wasn't hard for them to realize he's also damaged goods.

Sadly, the club is once again at an all-time low. Rats and vultures like Fiorentina will never miss an opportunity to rip us off. Not so long ago, we got screwed over in the deals for N. Gonzalez, Vlahovic, Chiesa, Bernardeschi... We shouldn't give anything to those thuggish Italian teams. It's not like we have money to waste anyway. Beggars can't be choosers, but at the very least, under no circumstances should we spend money in Italy. There's plenty of choice out there, and there are plenty of clubs in other leagues with better options where we can shop around. Hell, I'd even go talk to Bodo about their goalie Nikita, who was solid this year in the CL. But realistically, I think we'd be better off making a deal with Liverpool for Allison if Spalletti ends up staying.

seriously, i am thinking as hard as i can but I cant find a single example of a player who has caused such damage in terms of points and the teams mental state.
there have been many useless players in the past, but none had this much of a negative impact.
i won't be surprised if, one day, it turns out to be gambling or sabotage

So many ungrateful people here.
Won’t you guys think of the saved wages? It’s all about the saved wages! But you keep whining about performances. As if performances wil save wages.

There is this podcast I was listening to, can't remember the name, but they were stating that Di Gregorio is probably the worst player in Juve's history
I can tell you myself in over 30 years of supporting this club, I can't think of a worse player and I mean a player that has single handedly cost us 4th place with such bad errors.
