Wassiss? I wasn't following Juve then
It was one of the most glorious moments of Serie A football humiliation in memory. Juve was dueling Palermo for a pathetic 7th place or something godawful back on the day, February 27, 2011. Miccoli was having a solid season for Palermo, but he was becoming something of a clown: tattoos, hanging out with Sicilian mob friends (as shown in the photo), writing swear words on his sweatpants (also shown in the photo), etc. He was also pissing and moaning about Juve as an ex-player half the time then.
So Miccoli was in the stands nursing an achilles tendon on the day, surrounding himself with some of Palermo's finest. And as the day developed, Palermo would go down 0-5 at home to Udinese by halftime, lose a couple of players to red cards, and finish the match 0-7 in arguably the worst home humiliation in Palermo history.
Here's La Gazzetta dello Sport on it:

February 27, 2011, will remain etched on the walls of the Barbera, becoming a watershed day. There will be a "before" and an "after": Palermo-Udinese 0-7, four goals from Sanchez and three from Di Natale. Statisticians can't find a similar precedent at the Favorita.
The video coverage starts with Miccoli chumming with his pals (why, we don't know)... and the cutaways to him and his goombahs as the game progressed got more and more suicidal to the point it looked like he was practically vomiting in the stands.
