Whatever happened to Liverpool?
Manchester United will be at Anfield after the international break. Just the game Liverpool need to get back into form IMO.

Few thoughts:
- This is Slot's team now. Last season's title had Klopp's fingerprints all over it.

- They need to have an uncomfortable conversation about Salah. He's signed a 2 year deal but really has been playing terribly this calendar year. In some games he is totally anonymous. When Salah isn't contributing goals and assists, his work rate is not enough. It'll be interesting to see what happens here. I can see Liverpool targeting Michael Olise in a year or two as a replacement candidate.

- Frimpong is not the right player at RB. He's better suited to play wing back. There is a reason why no one else in Europe was interested in this guy. He is a complete liability defensively.

- Both Isak & Ekitike cannot play together in the current system. Ekitike is wasted as a left winger.

actually reminds me of a goal I scored when I was at school, my mate laid it off exactly like that, and put my laces through it, only back then we were only allowed to play with a tennis ball on the out door concrete court we had, so you can imagine free kicks were almost impossible to score.
My dad was there when they scored that goal. Probably smashed, like everyone back in those days.

My school had old concrete tennis courts we used to play football on, literally every break and lunch time. We had a proper ball though. Cracked my head a couple of times on the concrete. Probably explains a few things. I've no idea why we played on the courts as we could have played on grass, was just tradition lol. All that land has gone now, JLR bought it.
