When Arsenal fans weren't happy, they became vocal. They even organised protests until they got what they wanted. Turns out they were right and they ended up winning the league. I think there is a lot we can learn from Arsenal fans.
After how many years though? Some fans wanted Arteta gone before this season. Fans are fickle, doesn't necessarily mean they are always right, just arsenal fans feel an entitlement to win the league every season.

And even while getting them back into UCL with games to spare they were still actively seeking an long term replacement throughout this time only to eventually renew him for another full season a few days ago.

Meanwhile we are renewing with no questions asked a pensioner that’s been here since October and whom has failed at every objective he was set out for this season, topping it off by finishing 6th in a weak Serie A too.

the rational behind his renewal is mind boggling and makes no sense. they essentially rewarded failure at the end of the season

Doubling down on the same mistakes seems to be the norm nowadays.
Regarding Tudor with a season was a worse decision imo
yup continuing with tudor and then abandoning that ship after 3 months when spalletti was already available is more poor planning

there was no need to rush into giving spalletti that contract at the time they did too, no incentive to qualify for champions league and guarantee €12m contract is an overpay
