That was peak shitshow football, straight up painful to watch. Allegri never fails to live up to his name and Spalletti didn’t make any remarkable effort to change it either.

We won the ball back easily but moved it way too slow, no intent, no killer instinct. We played not to lose instead of going for the win. That mentality is the real problem. Maybe with better quality next year, Spalletti can finally change that mindset.

This is going to be one for the ages.

0:0 it is.
Quite predictable… obviously a draw was always the most likely result here, more so with both teams being content with at least a point rather than none in the current circumstances.

What matters now is that we actually go on to win our other remaining games, i think at least three wins and maybe we can afford another draw out of the last four remaining games that are necessary to make sure we make it.

I still remember the 1-0 win vs Fiorentina a few year ago when we won with zero shots on target.
In the current situation, Juve and Milan are on the same level, both the results and the league standings show that. Allegri has always been results oriented, reaching two CL finals proves it. But because the final is a single match, that ultra defensive tactic didn’t work anymore. Maybe next year Milan will reach the CL final.

So any explanation as to why Yildiz is being benched for majority of the game in such a crucial match at this stage into the season? I know his form hasn’t been that great lately but i assume there’s a knock or something he is dealing with as well? After all this is the second game in a row he isn’t starting in, while progressively getting less minutes even when subbed in.

He is suffering with an issue with his knee, hence the strappings, and he's having to be managed both at training and match days.

Is it official news or just speculation? Also why am i struggling to find even a mention of such key info about the best and most important player in our team on a Juve forum in over a week of him missing games lol
