okay, someone please explain why marotta is holding a press conference in the lega calcio headquarters, with a huge ass serie a logo behind him? is he representing the league, and if so, in what position, or he's just talking shit about juventus in the name of his rotten corrupt club?

Because the whole league it’s a hoax and they are trying to deflect from what actually happened and keeps happening in terms of Juve being the one big team in the league that almost always finds itself at the wrong end of game changing decisions…

Much easier to bring up a few select incidents from the last ~5years that supposedly ‘favored’ Juve which are at most controversial/debatable in order to say that what happened in this derby it’s all just natural and mistakes happen everywhere with everyone getting their fair share of ‘luck’ once in a while.

All this In fact makes me think back to some other random easier games that we were already on our way to winning and refs were suddenly whistling everything controversial in our favor, i vividly remember discussing it in a couple of post match threads over this last few seasons when it happened, added unnecessary controversy to well earned victories, but deep down it was always meant to be sistematic by creating the illusion of balancing out all the wrongdoings done to us in must win derbies or other more balanced games.

Beppe's power levels are out of control these days.
apparently he was the only one who got a whole dedicated room for his press conference before the lega meeting. the others gave short interviews while entering the building

btw it's ridiculous how he started to attack juventus. nobody talked about his shitty club from juve, nobody mentioned bastoni, they only confronted the refs. then comes marotta, calls chiellini a rookie, reminds everyone how juve got into the cl like 5 seasons ago (while he forgot that cuadrado's penalty was preceded by a completely invented double yellow for bentancur and we were playing with 10 men), and he also talked about how they missed the scudetto last season because of a single mistake, ignoring how glaring errors like the missing red to bastoni when he elbowed duda and frattesi scored seconds later

he thinks no one remembers anything. he also talked like a guilty man who has to defend himself by deflecting, but no one from juve even attacked him. he should have stayed silent

oooh don't let marotta see this, he'll dig out something from 2009 when spalletti said something he didn't like

instead of putting his rookie bum coach in his place of course

milano's mayor is an idiot. he said that bastoni dived but let's not make a fuss about it, everybody does it, and especially experts like del piero (who had a history of diving, there's plenty of video evidence on it) should stay silent. his reaction is obviously wrong on so many levels and it's not easy to address it with one single sentence, but it's close to a perfect reply:

Inter acting like Inter, I don't know why anyone is surprised.

If you are expecting any repercussions you'll be disappointed. Remember they have the power to remove a second yellow (Lukaku vs us) and ban a player for diving (Krasic). But the common theme of both was to benefit Inter and punish us.

Nothing will happen. Even if it did, Bastoni would get a ban for an easy home game. But they won't because they are now playing the victim and want to protect their boy.

But we have finally spoken up, fans of other clubs and journalists are finally starting to talk about it too. Hopefully it just puts seed of doubt next time the ref goes to make another ridiculous decision in their favour.

I'm really surprised, or should I say disappointed, in Bastoni as a person. Why did he have to celebrate like he won the World Cup after deliberately diving and getting his opponent sent off?
Should be no surprise given his general etiquette if you’ve watched him.

My guess is that it is the equivalent of a player or team celebrating a well-worked pre-planned set piece goal.
The way Barella, Dimarco, Thuram, Lautaro, Bastoni win free-kicks and penalties, cynically break up play with no repercussions and get opponents carded regularly suggest it is highly likely practised behaviour and well thought out. So when it is rewarded the natural instinct is to celebrate it and not realise the human opponent on the receiving end is distraught because he has been robbed and is crestfallen.

Federico La Penna is ready to contact the Postal Police (cybercrime unit) after receiving extremely serious death threats on social media. The situation is so tense that, as a precaution, his wife and kids have been advised not to leave the house. Messages such as "We are coming to find you" or "I'll shoot you" have brought the atmosphere surrounding the refereeing class back to worrying levels of alert.

I was listening to an ESPN FC podcast earlier with the fatman and french guy, they were saying that if Inter had any morality, they would suspend Bastoni. Joke's on them I guess.

Never liked the cross-eyed mafia piece of shit either, even when he was here. Total shitbag who was always overrated.

Only Corriere reported this, right ?
They try to shift the attention to La Penna as a possible victim. Doubt it's true

These threats to his life are ridiculous and uncalled for, but La Penna should officiate in Serie B for the remainder of the season. But the main culprit in this whole saga is that jerk Gravina, and to a lesser extent, Rocchi.

Not fit to officiate an u10s match let alone serie B.
Bastard should be fired, sheer incompetence. Don't worry he has a day job
