So are David and opendonkey looking for new clubs? In our chase for 4th spot them not getting any minutes instead make shift winger and then two cripples with barely any minutes in months and years respectively coming on they better fk right off very first minute transfer window opens

- - - Updated - - -

Vlahobetch missed a step for a tap in given his condition sad part is outcome most probably would be same with those other donkeys and minutes in their legs

We deserved more out of this one but our finishing and decision making in the final third let us down, along with some individual mistakes that put us on the back foot more often than not… ultimately however if we had just converted that PK everything would have been perceived very differently.

Otherwise this should have been a game we did not afford to drop points in no matter what.

This whole having 3 penalty takers before a game creates unnecessary debate and confusion during a key moment. It seems illogical and adds additional pressure to the one chosen as they likely know the other two want it as well.

I get the whole thing around having nominated 2-3 free kick takers in certain areas of the pitch (even if our current crop are all shit). But there is a big difference between penalties and set pieces, and it should be treated as such.

It’s not the only reason we fucked up here, but it’s another additional detail to a string of things around our club, that there is no assertive authority or confidence around. (That we probably took for granted in the past)

Well, hey, maybe we're not that good.

Every season starts with talk of climbing up the ranks of the top 4 and hoping to have an impact on the Scudetto, and every season we are desperately trying to avoid the Europa League if even that much. :D

The draw, which is at this stage is a loss, is 100% on Spunkletti. He’s just another decrepit old fart of Calcio who doesn’t trust young players and gives his countrymen Locatelli and Cambiaso a free pass. He’s a fucking joke and the perfect manager to take us out of the CL which is probably what FIGC Azzurri wants as well.

You just can’t lose this game if you’re serious about top 4, especially with a tougher run-in than the others. We continue dropping points to weak sides. This team lacks character, consistency and leadership. Uninspiring and honestly, we don’t deserve top 4.

Still can’t believe how low we’ve fallen…

Drawing 1–1 with Sassuolo and easily losong the foght for top4. Amazing.
We used to laugh at Inter and Milan during their banter years, and now we’re literally the same thing if not worse.

I honestly don’t see how this team will become a Scudetto contender anytime soon.

Comolli right now looks even worse than Giuntoli… and that says a lot, because Giuntoli was already the worse SP in the history of this club. His decisions in the summer brought us this.

If we miss Champions League, it’s over again. Another reset, another “project”, another 3-4 years just to maybe get back into top 4... and even then, no guarantee of anything after that that we will be a serious title contender.

Meanwhile everyone else is moving forward:
Inter until they have Marotta will not fall in another banter era.

Milan look better with Allegri and Tare.

Napoli will stay strong even without Conte.

Como are building something serious, they have lots of money, clear structure, and ideas

Roma with Gasperini could easily turn into the next Atalanta.

And JJ? We’re heading towards Lazio/Atalanta/Bologna level at best.

The only player that actually feels important right now is Yildiz. Everything else is just… average. No personality, no direction, nothing...Pure mediocrity

And the worst part? This season was completely thrown away by us.
losing twice to Como, losing to Cagliari, drawing with Lecce and Sassuolo at home… this is not “unlucky”, this is just bad and shows clearly that Commoli fuckrd up big with the coaches and the players he brought.

Spalletti is a good coach, sure. But a good coach can’t fix a broken club. You can already see the mentality and the patterns every bad result is “we need to improve”, “we need to understand”, "we need to reflect"… it’s the same loser bullshit excuses every week.

At some point results matter.

And honestly, I don’t see why we should rush to renew him.

He is the one tha lost 5–2 to Galatasaray and went out like that.
Lost 3–0 to Atalanta.
Lost 2–0 to Como at home.
Lost to Cagliari.
Dropped points at home vs Lecce and Sassuolo.

I agree that the players are shit.. but it looks that whatever coach we bring he becomes shit aswell in here.

My prediction is that we will end up 6th or even 7th(hopefully Atalanta starts catching up) and no european football might be good for us if that means 60-70% of our squad will be sold, not renewed and get ridden off. This is a core of losers and no Bernardo Silva or Goretzka will make them winners overnight.

like clockwork lol

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Muric yesterday didn’t really perform any miracles, as many of these other keepers against us. I recall a good save on the Boga header, and that penalty was just a pass he had to pick the right side. Maybe that save on Milik’s header but that felt pretty standard too. It’s really us gifting these keepers MOTM performances.

these are calculated automatically based on xg, and a penalty is around 0,8 (slightly below iirc), that alone makes a goalie's rating high

point is that more often than not, goalies tend to have the game of their season against us. or our team is full of mediocre finishers... i think that both are valid remarks
