That offside call is an utter travesty. but anyone watching us this season know that is almost a guarantee to be called against us.
The more the ref looked at it the more I was thinking he wouldn't rule it out.

He seemed fixated on whether Koop touched it (he didn't) and whether it influenced the keeper's dive (it didn't). He repeatedly looked at both things and could see he didn't interfere and that the keeper had a clear sight of the shot.

I shouldn't have doubted how much they seem determined to screw us this season. I guess we'll get another apology in midweek.

These 1-0 are always tense because all it takes is one fuck up, and we're usually full of them. Also fuck the ref. I was really happy for chico and then that piece of shit ruins it.

It was more in hope than in expectation though realistically right? The moment he was called to look at the screen, the expectation was that he would 99% likely follow the VAR instruction to rule out something in favour of Juventus, and not what his eyes logically told him.

It shouldn’t matter what team it is, a goal like that should never be ruled out and does not require VAR.

one mouthpiece for marotta league (capuano) explained why chico's goal was taken away. it's obvious bullshit. the rule doesn't say that any offside position within the 6 yard box should automatically count as an offside offense

either figc are corrupt or incompetent. or probably both

A win and three points is all that matters, but damn be nice to get at least that second goal against the likes of Udinese. Even Para+ announcer (better guy than last match IMO) said one mistake and could be brutal. He definitely did research on our team.

"For me, Conceição’s goal is valid. The goalkeeper can always see the ball. Koopmeiners’ proximity doesn’t matter — in fact, the goalkeeper didn’t complain, and no one said anything. Koopmeiners never obstructs his view." - Spalletti

Il Mister speaks for all of us.

Game was cool i only dozed off once.

Another valuable 3 points. It's all that matters at the moment.

We should not be labouring to victory against Udinese. But we're in survival mode (and with the refs against us) so fuck it.
