We have a wide range of pure leather products, from shoes to coats, etc. In addition to luxury items, we have domestic products that the middle class can afford to buy. Those shoes are domestically produced and inexpensive. Foreign products are extremely expensive due to currency fluctuations and sanctions, and I prefer to purchase some items that are not domestically produced, such as electrical appliances, but shoes, clothes, food, etc. Iran is self-sufficient and we have abundant domestic production, and there is no need to pay heavy costs for foreign products.

I need to buy a new pair of shoes. My current ones are in pretty rough shape, they’re wornand and bit smelly. I’d like to get a genuine leather pair, but the prices are insane these days. I’ll probably just bite the bullet and invest in a high quality pair, something decent that’ll last me for years.
I’ve learned my lesson with cheap stuff. They rarely last, and you usually end up replacing them sooner rather than later because of the poor materials and build quality.

Yesterday I spent quite a lot of time walking around the market trying to find two pairs of genuine leather shoes at a reasonable price. In the end, one of my friends recommended a small shoe workshop to me. They produce two types of shoes: cow leather and synthetic leather. The synthetic leather ones had slightly lower stitching quality compared to the cow leather. I ended up buying two pairs, one black and one brown. The seller said their shoes are produced based on the design of DADAWEN Men’s Chelsea boots.
