The financial summary that I extracted from the official Juve website is :
Consolidated Half-Yearly Financial Report as at 31 December 2025
Sponsorship and advertising:
Reference: lines 446, 4822–4823 :
Revenues from sponsorships for the first half of the 2025/2026 financial year amounted to €63.3 million
Revenues from sponsorship and advertising in the first half of the 2025/2026 financial year amounted to €63,280 thousand.
Matchday revenue / Ticket sales
Reference: lines 456–457, 4600, 4641
Ticket sales for the first half of the 2025/2026 financial year amounted to €33.8 million.
Media rights / Broadcasting revenue
Reference: line 439
Broadcasting revenues for the first half of the 2025/2026 financial year amounted to €95.5 million.
ersonnel costs / Players’ wages and technical staff costs
Reference: lines 594, 5038
The costs for registered players and technical staff in the first half of the 2025/2026 year amounted to €99.2 million.
Profit / Loss
Reference: line 295
Profit for the first half of 2025/2026: €7.0 million
Profit for the first half of 2024/2025 (comparison): €16.9 million
Note: the retrieved excerpt clearly shows the comparison figure (€16.9 million), and the current-period profit is identified in the same management discussion as €7.0 million.
Net financial debt
Reference: lines 799–800
At 31 December 2025: €298.8 million
At 30 June 2025: €280.2 million
Change: +€18.6 million

Transfer income / player trading
References: lines 4853, 4860, 4904, 4905, 5235, 7428–7431
The report includes these player-trading categories:

Capital gains from disposal of players’ registration rights
Revenues from the temporary disposal of players’ registration rights
Losses on disposal of players’ registration rights

However, the excerpt I received did not include the full numeric totals, so I can’t state the exact amounts confidently from this output alone.

Amortization

The extracted snippet does not show the exact amortization amount for player registration rights.
It is clearly referenced in the operating cost breakdown, but the numeric value was not exposed in the excerpt.
Year-on-year comparison figures

The exact comparison figures currently visible are:

Profit: €16.9 million in the first half of the previous year
Net financial debt: €280.2 million at 30 June 2025 vs €298.8 million at 31 December 2025

Juventus reported a net profit of €7.0 million, compared with €16.9 million in the prior-year period. Net financial debt rose to €298.8 million from €280.2 million at 30 June 2025

so according to your list you wanna keep those players who had the most minutes in the last 2 years. In other words - you want to end again 6th place or hope for luck to be 4th?
From the top 10 based on minutes given you have to change something to change the outcome. Otherwise you wont move.
Beside Yildiz and Kalulu all other failed. Its not my opinion, its a hard truth shown in the table of Serie A.
So you want to acquire 20 or so new players? Not happening! Was thinking get rid of high salary guys with some not even worthy of being a good Juve backup in the club's elite, prime years.

Can anyone here have time to research how much money comes off the books with Dusan and other players contracts ending. What is then payroll for 2026-27 though new players must come aboard.

calcioefinanza tried to replicate the financial report of the club and they estimate the losses at around 60m giver or take. not terrible, not good at all either. we'll see in a few months how accurate they are

Like I’ve been saying for years and it’s already started- sports are a new asset class for alt asset mgmt firms. My old firm and many counterparts have already deployed capital. Atleti is first the big one from the football world but many more to follow.

I think a great example is the university of Utah - it’s a e2e money play. Jj has the brAnD for a similar play.

So we're going to be winning soon?
