These playoffs have been funny.

Houston made something of a series at least. Wolves look the most surprising, they have several contributors but would need an outstanding effort to win the thing. Denver were quite pathetic though, their window looks done as a real contender. There's maybe 2 in each conference, with the strongest 2 in the West, but who knows with injuries etc.

Spurs can play any team on their day but their worst matchup was against Denver, who thankfully are now eliminated. They seemed to have no answer for Jokic. It’ll be a tough matchup against Wolves too if Ant returns, but if he misses a significant number of games then Spurs will have the upper hand.
Spurs played OKC 5 times during this season and won 4. One of those wins was against OKC reserves though. But since Spurs core is young they really fire up against the reigning champions. It’ll be a fun series if both get there.

I love these conspiracy theories after Raptor’s game winner last night.

Ant won't return. He is 1 week and half away from getting risky return minutes at soonest.

Thats like around after game 5 beginning of a game 6.

Spurs will have won the series by then. If we were fully healthy would said even chance in series despite Spurs being elite on both ends.

But no:

Ant
Donte
Ayo dosunmu (guessing will miss 2 games)
Kyle Anderson (end of bench but useful).
Naz will play but is doing so with busted shoulder.

Our depleted rotation were able to impressively take out Denver because they can't defend and we can defend their best players extremely well regardless of absences.

But there's no driving at rim with ease all game vs traffic cones like Denver, since Spurs have Wemby protecting rim, will have a block party.

Our only advantage is playoff experience and size vs non Wemby players. Otherwise as it looks like now its a series Spurs win in 5 or 6 IMO.

Crazy collapse from Orlando. They missed 23 straight field goals in the second half and scored a grand total of 19. Cunningham scored 19 by himself in that half.
Yup. Fuckers pissed me off. Up 24 at home and then throwing away that game. The Shitstons are gonna get fucked anyway. Aside from Cade, their team has no legit scorer, and they're a horrible shooting team.

Edwards is upgraded to questionable and is hopeful of playing game 3 or game 4. This series will be a lot closer than people think.

What a blockbuster first game and win for Wolves.

Experience, size, luck and Ant being a freakishly fast healer helped Wolves steal game 1.

Wemby with historical block party at 12 (tho 2 were goal tend, and 1 looked like clear foul). But it seemed like Wolves driving at him all game made him spend his energy on defense. His shot was flat and off all game.

Your coach need to draw up plays and post ups for him, especially when Rudy sits. He shouldn't be shooting 3s only when we go small with Reid and Randle. Should post up/drive for 2s.

Tho the physicality of Randle was handful for him. And other end, despite Ant bonus heroics, game was won in 4th cuz Randle started iso driving/posting up the 4 smaller guards.

I don’t think his shot was flat because he spent all his energy on defense. Wolves’ defense was relentless and nobody could get inside. Even Keldon “big body” Johnson had only limited success driving to the rim. Wolves’ size rattled Wemby and co and they were not ready for it. When the first few shots didn’t fall the fate of the night was sealed.

Just like when Di Gre failed to save the first shot on target, the fate of JJ game was sealed.

Spurs demolished the Wolves. This series might go 7.

Fucking Philly - oh so close. This might be over in 5 (and I'd predicted Philly to win before the series started)

Thunder should win and send that fucker home and into retirement (hopefully)

The Harden curse will haunt the Cavs as they fall in 5 or 6. Will Lebum join them next season to try and "bring" another title to Cleveland? He's probably so desperate to be considered the GOAT at this point (which he never will be).
