"It is true that #Juventus with #Spalletti is looking to reinforce the midfield either in the winter mercato session or in the summer one, and that Miralem #Pjanic (who is currently a free agent) visited #Juve today.
But there is no chance of a return of the Bosnian to la Vecchia Signora."

If I was Pjanic I'd still be sore that I didn't get the Serie A free kick record all because Cristiano arrived and had to take all the right-footed ones.

Not that sore as I'd be a multimillionaire but yeah.

Letting Ronaldo take all of the free kicks was the most annoying thing about his tenure. He scored 1 with a 1.4% conversion ratio. Tell me we've ever had a worse free kick taker?

Since Del Piero's departure, Juve has lacked a skilled free-kick taker, Dybala had few goals but including his games for Roma, he has never come close to Del Piero.

vlahovic has a good left foot. at the beginning of last season (or the season before?) he scored two in as many consecutive games iirc. adzic also scored a beautiful free kick for next gen

main problem is that we don't attack enough to draw many fouls around the penalty area

The start of the Di Maria season Dusan's free kicks won us a few 1-0 games as I recall

Schira
One of #Juventus’ main target for January’s transfer window is still a midfielder. #transfers
———

Romano was saying Juve wants to make a big purchase in the midfield in the summer. The assumption is its Tonali but I think its actually Bouaddi. Dunno what or who Schira is talking about in January.

"Juventus will be active during the January mercato, including through sustainable formulas such as loans with an option to buy, it wants to intervene in the mercato.
The priorities are a regista and a young defender.
The names that are being followed for the defense are mainly two:
▫️ Tarik
Muharemovic was sold for €5M and is now worth €20M, but Juve would only pay €10M thanks to the 50% it has on his future sale.
There are also Bundesliga clubs and #Inter after him.
▪️TiagoGabriel from #Lecce, valued at around €20M, with Premier League clubs ready to make an offer for him; also here the nerazzurri are interested in him, with scouts from both Italian clubs present in the last few games."

Paying 20M for tiago gabriel when you have pedro felipe in the stable would be on brand, almost like they never learn.

Muharemovic is an obvious decision too, even if they didnt have a need at the position. Its just good business (minus the selling to begin with part, but that wasnt comolli)

An intermediary has proposed again Axel #Disasi, #Chelsea central defender, to #Juventus.
The Frenchman is currently on the sideline with the English club and is looking for a relaunch.
The Blues would be ready to send him on loan with an option to buy, but the response from Turin has been so far lukewarm; he doesn't seem to be a priority to the bianconero management.
#Spalletti and the club seem inclined towards other profiles (like #Muharemovic or #TiagoGabriel), considering #Disasi only as an alternative.

‼️Axel #Disasi has been proposed to #Juventus. The defender, for whom there is interest from other clubs, was assessed by the bianconeri last summer, but today he is no longer of interest.
