Carvajal has been proposed to Italian clubs in recent days. He still has the desire to challenge himself rather than retire, unless the right solution present itself. At the moment, nothing is advanced yet. He has also been offered multiple times to other clubs and has had contacts in Qatar, but not only."

Juventus has been completely captivated by Inacio and is monitoring him closely. He is considered a favorite target for the bianconeri as part of the club's corporate project aimed at strengthening the Italian component of the squad. However, it will not be easy: several top European clubs are tracking him, including Inter. The bianconeri remain vigilant and ready to seize any potential opportunities.

Juventus wants to intervene in January especially in midfield, where a regista capable of dictating the tempo is lacking. The main target is Hojbjerg: the idea would be to finance him through the exit of Koopmeiners. Another priority is the left-back: AitNouri is evaluated as a loan option, while EmersonPalmieri remains in the running.

He keeps getting named. Anyone reckon he's a good option?

The club should make an enquiry for Ait-Nouri. I still think he's a great player. O’Reilly is ahead of him at City.
I remember him being mentioned at some point even during the summer so maybe there is something to all this even if still at an early stage… personally i think he could be a very good option for us, and tbh for Serie A standards he has the potential to probably be among the best fullbacks in the league, but obviously the price and wages need to be within normal parameters too for it to be worth a gamble.

Hes pretty good but juve needs a gamechanger in the midfield.
We should either rely on homegrown players and give them time and opportunity, or splash out money on top players. I think we can bring in a youth player under specific circumstances like a loan option or by including clauses in the contract from mediocre teams, and see if he delivers or not.

I wouldn't interpret it like that. We wanted him but he went for 45mln, we were simply outbid.
we had an agreement with bologna before the euros below 30m, then jj delayed the deal, THEN that's when we were outbid indeed

it's a miss by jj in my book. then again, jj is a mess both management wise and when it comes to injuries, so with his injury record, calafiori could be close to retirement as a jj player

I assume it was due to a financial year end on 30.06.24 so it was more like Juventus being unable to form a bid rather than delaying it. Anyway, I guess the fact the best and/or the most promising Italians play abroad has something to do with the general financial situation in football, not only Italian clubs being sloppy with their transfer decisions.

Calafiori is good. Very talented and mature but Im sure we would use him as CB and Im currently satisfied with Lucomi.
As a LB yeah he would be great since he isnt bad defensively. Thats also why I hailed the signing of Celik.
People nowadays look for the hyped players who are usually strong on the attacking end but not that great defensively..
That has been our strength over the years.
We had stars like MVP&P Tevez Higuain but none of them would look nearly as good should we have that poor defense we have Today.
You want our team to work. Build it properly, haves some stars but keep some balance.
Our attack barely miss 1 player and maturity of 3 others.
CF is indeed needed but Id argue our team needs a better LB and a CM even more
