There is ZERO buzz for the World Cup in the US. Again, "soccer" is viewed as a sport played by pussies here. The casual American has zero interest in making any kind of financial investment this summer. And the ridiculous prices will keep away the people that actually do care.

It'll be interesting to see what attendance looks like for these games, especially involving countries of little significance and zero star power. if you offered a casual American $100 to go watch something like Egypt vs New Zealand, they'd laugh in your face and say "no thank you"
