Making a brief cameo to shamelessly plug a little hobby project I've been tinkering with . It's a website called WorthThe90. It's still a work in progress, but it's spoiler free football highlights & for community driven match ratings. Inspired by missing games because of time zone differences/busy schedules etc, it's supposed to help you decide whether to watch the full game or just catch the highlights 'cause it ain't worth your time. Right now it's World Cup centric but if there's interest and I don't get bored I'll expand it to club football.

Check it out and let me know what you think & if you have any suggestions.

One heads-up: while the match ratings work everywhere, the highlight videos don't. Getting them to work globally is a bit of a nightmare because of geo-restrictions and some broadcasters not allowing their videos to be embedded.

It seems like it's still not working properly or at least some functions aren't. When I try to watch a match and click on the link, it redirects me to the FOX Sports YouTube channel. I'm not sure if that causes any issues, like copyright problems or something similar. Some clips are no longer available.

Cool idea, Zé T!

Alas, I also have the problem (no VPN involved) of seeing a header and everything blank beneath it.

Oh wait, I was an idiot using Chrome... can see it on Safari ok.

Even if just a pass-through to YouTube (you should strike up a leads-based business deal with them), this can have value for footie fans.

No, I don't. For example, I tried watching the Argentina vs. Austria match by clicking on the "Watch Spoiler Free" link, but it showed me: "Highlights not available yet. Check back soon."
The issue is chasing down broadcasters that allow embedding. If FIFA allowed it I'd have no problems because then anyone could watch them regardless of where they are but alas they don't. Currently only US, Canada, UK, and Australia work fully with embedding. If you can vpn to one of those countries.
