Too many conclusions too early, yes the team is severely lacking especially at CB and CM but this is september. Still need time to gel, new players need to settle in, and if we are lucly and get into a rhythm we could do some nice things even with the aforementioned deficiencies. Let's save the doom and gloom for at least a few more weeks, speaking of, the next few weeks gonna be rough...
If we get good rather than bad luck with injuries this season we'll be fine for champions league. Agree doom and gloom is too early

Yeah but if Yildiz was given the same special sauce he'd be 7ft tall and scoring hattricks on Saturdays and then putting up 50 points in the NBA on Sundays.
I’m really not a fan of these qanon style conpiracy theories. Be it this or that inter mafia rules the world.

IMO Koop should be benched or played as a pure dm like his earlier days. Let him do deep runs into box instead of playing as an advanced mid. This of course in 3 man system.

Also even with miretti back, a new cm is a must in January. Even if it is a short term loan

Never combine Koop and Thuram again. Koop plays CM like a mezzela, which forces Thuram to sit deep and then Koop is contributing nothing and Thuram is stuck in no-mans-land. Loca suits both better since he sits deep and allows them to "do their thing", although Koop will still contribute nothing.

I agree we need a new CM but I hope we look for a specific profile. Someone that can function as a DM behind Thuram in a two-man-midfield and then he also needs to be an improvement over Locatelli (more creative or better vision with better feet). The DM in Como looks interesting but I guess he is too expensive, might be easier to sign him in two years when Como no longer can ride on Paz and are fumbling. In the mean time we need to ensure Cambiaso to roam more centrally. To simplify the tasks for Cambiaso I would shift him to the right and put Mario on the left and ask him to stick wide. Yildiz will then have more freedom to roam and not occupy the same space as Cambiaso. Cambiaso will have it easy to get into inside pockets since both our RWs prefer to stick wide, so they will not compete over the same spaces.

The DM we sign should then be capable to play as the pivot in a three-man-midfield if the next coach prefers three in the mid. Because I don't see Tudor surviving that long. Seems to me like a risk-aversive person trying to play attacking football, which creates this imbalance.

THE FIRST AWAY GAME IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
"The team is doing very well. I liked their performance three days ago: serious and of a high level. Tomorrow we will play a Champions League match, and everyone is eager to play their best. We will face a strong team that will be playing at home and has started the season well. I always want to win, as do the lads, and I can assure you that in training and in matches they work hard and make sacrifices, but you always have to take your opponents into account."

INDIVIDUALS AND TRAINING CHOICES
"Yildiz? Kenan will play, he's not tired. Bremer and Thuram? They're unavailable for this match due to two minor issues, but that shouldn't prevent them from playing against Milan. Who will play in attack tomorrow? The Champions League is the ideal stage for all our attacking players. I'm happy to have all three of them available. I talk to them, I have to pamper them and make them feel important. They are all good guys and strong players. I talk to them every day and I like their mentality. They will be a big help. They are focused and want to contribute, whether from the start or during the game."
