I watched the game today from 1998 that he done his knee in against Udinese.

I don't know why I did that to myself.

It happened in the last minute of stoppage time when the game was basically over. He had been taking hard hits the whole match and should have been subbed off long before the end of the game.

To add insult to injury Udinese equalized while he was being carried away in a stretcher.

It's sad to think how good he would have been and how much more success Juve would have had if it never happened.

I watched the 2003 CL semi final. The Nedved yellow was the most unnecessary foul ever and absolutely cost us in the final.

I then watched the final... Conte hitting the cross bar and multiple other chances missed. Del Piero almost had an amazing bicycle assist.

Then the penalties... Dida was literally running off the line to close down penalties. Was this not a rule back then?

Some of his recent outfits.

Frankly I'm not a huge fan of t-shirts with blazers. Maybe pair it with a white shirt or a polo. T-shirt sort of screams out you want to be young and cool and maybe a bit quirky and unpredictable, but at the end of the day you're wearing the same type of blazer any established adult man would.

Regardless, I think we can sort of accept this minor transgression and we should be glad the days of horror are over.

i am tired of him popping up as if he is some sort of legend for club. guy hasn't been important for almost 20 years yet acts he is very important to juve.

i am sure losers like alin are impressed though.
Was wondering when you’ll pop up

Del Piero is still our biggest legend regardless of what you say though.

buffon is a bigger legend and it isn't up for debate. and buffon doesn't feel need to sell himself out to main stream media commenting on matches he knos nothing about. who is is del piero to tell us what tactics even work.
