What do you want to do,to sign players reading Vince Lombardy or Martin Luther King,,it's a club interview, for god sake !
I'm sick of seeing his face.

Every year we hear the same old refrain:

I'm a true and proud Juventino (we don't give a damn).

The group is doing well and is close-knit (you're not surprised, considering that it has become a holiday club).

We're determined to win because that's the DNA of Juve, Fino a la fine. (a club humiliated by Ajax, Lyon, Villarreal, Porto, PSV in recent years).

Coach Tudor is great (until the next one, who will of course be better than Tudor).

We're going to have another shitty season with the same shitty players who will explain to us next year that they are happy and full of energy for the new season.

He's even more boring to read than to watch him play. I can still see Bonucci's speeches, mediocre on the pitch without his dads, but enough to get us out of empty speeches. The same lineage.

"We are calm and happy and full of energy to start the new season."

Hes the most underrated player at Juve like people expect goals and assists from a holding midfielder. Not his fault they wont find more technical players to compliment his game. He still makes the most progressive passes. He still defends better than any of the other mids. Hes never gonna be a Pirlo/Pjanic.

We sacrifice an offensive player with the shitty three-man defense plus we add a defensive midfield that can't do anything but tackle and slide passes.

Not his fault they wont find more technical players to compliment his game.
Is it the fault of the other players? He needs Yamal, Olise and Dembelé, so that Manuel can express his full talent ?

He still makes the most progressive passes.
Statpading bullshit's.
DiGregorio makes the most progressive passes. No need for meaningless stats, we have eyes to see what he brings on the field.

He still defends better than any of the other mids. Hes never gonna be a Pirlo/Pjanic.
Brain fart tackles doesn't make you a good defender.

there will be very few views of the tweet.

any publication about yeldiz

one million Turkish likes
i scrolled through that profile and it looks like this is the most liked tweet of the last 24 hours :boh:

anyway, locatelli will always be controversial. it's not his fault that he's not a new pirlo/pjanic we badly need. he's not to blame for the inability of the management to assemble a functioning midfield. but facts are facts for both his haters and admirers: in some metrics, he's at or near the top of the league, and at the same time, he cannot assist, cannot dribble, cannot create, cannot score. in recent memory we're used to midfielders who can actually score and assist: vidal, marchisio, pirlo, pjanic, pogba, khedira, even that lazy bum rabiot were able to contribute in attack. locatelli isn't. so he'll be blamed for his attacking impotence until the end of his career. that's his cross to bear

from jj's pov though, he's a symptom, not a cause

Prediction before season starts:

Will be almost universally loved by season end.
Hope so meaning very good season for us! Tudor right now loves him reading this .....
“Locatelli is our captain, and we’re happy he’s with us,” said Tudor in his press conference ahead of the club’s Serie A opener against Parma. “Bremer is the vice-captain, then there’s [Kenan] Yildiz, [Khephren] Thuram, and [Federico] Gatti. It’s a group of captains agreed upon between the club and the squad. This is the hierarchy we decided to adopt this season.”

LOL Tudor disagrees ....
Tudor names Locatelli as penalty-taker
“After that penalty last season, Locatelli deserves it. It’s not a big deal; there are plenty of good penalty takers.
“I don’t give it much importance. I’m happy to have players like him, but Yildiz, Conceicao, and David also have the ability to take them. So do Koopmeiners and Cambiaso. We have the quality players to convert them.”

He doesn't give it much importance. Is he insane? Seriously but maybe not knowing football throughly like most here, usually a club has a striker/forward/offenive mid to take these. Loca is not considered an offensive mid. Okay Bono was good at it but from one key kick last season, he is now our #1 PK taker. Maybe Loca goes perfect 100% this year. Career 3 for 3 with one last season and two for Sass during 2020-21 season.

Detailed Loca career stats show in almost 25K minutes, 15 goals, 275 shots taken with 61 on target.
Yildez career 4600 minutes, 16 goals, 120 ST, 39 OT
Chico career 6200 minutes, 21 goals. 227 ST, 80 OT
I would have either of the above two start attempting them but maybe Tudor sees Loca having the mentality and playing experience to convert this under pressure play.
Makes no sense to me, being an armchair manager.

I know. unreal. He is all but gone. Don't know his PK numbers but #1 choice for me. Didn't like last time around results by Max, I don't know, but feeling Igor might not do any better though don't believe Max ever had to start a Kelly level player.
