He is so essential and consistent that if we bring anyone between Kessie, Hjullmand or even Ndidi(nevermind the likes of Tonali) there’s an almost guaranteed chance that Locatelli will end up benched more often than not and then in a year or two from now we’ll try hard to push him out for just half of what we’ve been offered this summer….

He might not deserve all the hate but he is as disposable as it gets, can tell standards have clearly dropped when a player whom out of a full season of around 50games he only puts in about 5 very good games where he really contributed and made a positive impact for us, then another 25 mediocre games where he isn’t at fault for much but neither does he bring something extra(just a passenger), plus another 20games where he is either a liability or simply bang average… that’s his level, and it’s been so for a while now.
